Bok Choy has crunchy stems and crinkly broad leaves. Great stir-fried, steamed and grilled. It is a cruciferous vegetable with crunchy white stalks topped with dark green leaves, both of which are edible. The stalks have a sweet, cabbage-like flavour and the leaves become milder when cooked. Bok choy can be used fresh in salads or cooked in soups and stir-fries.
